Lets face it, one company can buy the same shingle materials as the next company. The difference is how you, the customer, is treated by that company and what the company will do for you. This is why Tuttle Contracting decided years ago that we would be a service orientated company in a product orientated industry.
As your contractor, it is our job to complete your repairs professionally and properly with as little hassle to you as possible, to provide you piece-of-mind, and make your life easier throughout the entire process.
- One-on-One Personal Assistance:
At Tuttle Contracting you are a person and not a number. From the beginning to the end of your project, you will work with the same representative, you will know who and when people will be coming to your home, and you will always have a direct phone number where a person answers the phone.
- Free Damage Assessment:
Each of our representatives is trained in the Haag Engineering specifications adopted by the insurance companies and know if your roof needs replacement.
- Insurance Claim Aid:
Tuttle Representatives are not only trained in construction and damage assessment, but also in insurance practices and guidelines. Your Tuttle Representative will assist with any and all phases of your insurance settlement; taking the hassle out of working with the insurance company.
- Quality Workmanship:
Tuttle Contracting representatives and installers are required to follow all manufacture guidelines and local and state code requirements.
- Professional Experience:
Tuttle Contracting is one of very few companies in this industry that is still owned and operated by the original person and family who started the company in 1984. Since opening our doors we have completed more than 50,000 projects in more than 20 states across the country; including both residential and commercial projects.
- Knowledgeable Staff:
Each of the Tuttle Representatives are trained and expected to be proficient in construction, storm damage, and insurance procedures. When you choose Tuttle, you can have confidence that you and your home will be taken care of properly.
- Project Supervision:
Tuttle Contracting requires each representative to be present and available to you and the labor crew on the day of production. But not only that, each labor crew has an additional “crew leader” who is required to be on-site full-time during the demolition and construction of your project.
